1. Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us via live chat or email. However, once your order has been shipped (when you’ve received the tracking number or your order status is marked as "Completed"), we are unable to process cancellations.
2. Order Returns
Changed your mind? You can initiate a return within 60 days of receiving your order to qualify for our money back guarantee. To verify your order, we will need the name and/or the email address associated with the order, the original order number, or any other details about your order or product.
2.1 Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items for any defects, damages, or incorrect items. If you find any issues, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and work quickly to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
2.2 LED & IPL Devices
As personal care products that come into direct contact with the skin, LED and IPL devices cannot be resold once opened and used. Since we cannot determine if the product has been used after being unpacked, to protect the health and safety of other consumers, we treat unpacked items as used. As such, a 20% depreciation fee will apply for returns or exchanges of these products.
2.3 Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Please note that some items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Used personal care items, such as opened collagen masks
- Additionally, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any applicable return fees will be deducted from your refund. Returns must include the original packaging and all accessories or parts that came with your order. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection. After verification, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without approval or to incorrect addresses will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you within 10 business days using your original method of payment. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and mail refunds.
